From baggage claim to riding away — in 15 minutes
Book Before You Board
Pick your bike online and send your flight number, terminal (T1 domestic or T2 international), and arrival time via the booking form or WhatsApp. We confirm within the hour.
We Meet You Outside Arrivals
Our team tracks your flight. When you clear customs, we're waiting at the arrivals hall exit with your bike, two helmets, and paperwork ready to sign. Flight delayed? We wait.
Ride Straight to Your Villa
Quick orientation, sign the rental agreement, pay the refundable deposit, and you're on the road. Return the bike anywhere in Bali when your trip ends — including back at the airport.
Choosing the right bike for arrival day
Which scooter suits your first ride in Bali?
After a long flight, you don't want a bike that fights you. We recommend our automatic scooters with generous under-seat storage for arrival day — enough space for a backpack and small camera bag, comfortable two-up seating, and enough power to reach any villa in South Bali.
Honda ADV and Yamaha NMax are our most-booked airport pickups — comfortable for couples, 155-160cc power that handles the highway to Ubud or Uluwatu without straining. For pure luggage capacity, the Yamaha XMax or Vespa GTS add extra storage. If you're solo with just a backpack, a lighter Yamaha Filano or Honda Vario is more nimble and cheaper. Choose above, or WhatsApp us and we'll suggest based on your itinerary.
Airport → your first destination
Best first rides from Ngurah Rai (DPS)
Airport → Sanur
20-25 minutes · Flat roads · Low traffic
The gentlest first ride. Straight coastal road with wide lanes, minimal turning, and Sanur's calm vibe waiting at the end. Ideal after a long-haul flight.
Airport → Seminyak / Canggu
30-45 minutes · Moderate traffic
Most tourists' default. Direct via the toll bridge to Seminyak, or slightly longer to Canggu. Traffic can be heavy afternoon and evening — leave luggage in one hand.
Airport → Uluwatu
40-50 minutes · Bukit hills · Some climbing
For riders confident on twisty roads. Head south through the Bukit peninsula — cliffs, ocean views, and cooler air. Save this if you've had a nap first.
Before your flight
The 5-minute pre-arrival checklist
Have these ready before you land:
- International Driving Permit (IDP) — with motorcycle endorsement (Category A). Get from your home country before flying. A car-only IDP won't cover you.
- Home country driving license — carry both together at all times.
- eVOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) — apply online at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before departure. Skip the airport queue.
- Indonesia Digital Declaration — file online (ecd.beacukai.go.id) within 3 days of arrival.
- Small amount of IDR cash — for immediate expenses, though we accept card, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and crypto for your rental.
- Send us your flight number — via WhatsApp +62 877-3554-4018, ideally 24 hours before landing.

Common airport rental questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) 24/7?
Yes. We accept airport pickup bookings around the clock. Share your flight number when booking and our team will be waiting at the arrivals exit when you clear customs — no matter what time you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so we know if you're delayed. There's no rebooking fee or hassle — we simply arrive at the updated time. Message us via WhatsApp if you want a live status update.
Do you pick up at Terminal 1 (domestic) or Terminal 2 (international)?
Both. Just specify which terminal when booking. Meeting point is outside the arrivals hall exit — we'll send you a specific meetup point via WhatsApp before your flight lands.
Can I return the bike at the airport when I fly home?
Yes. Airport drop-off is free and matches our airport pickup service. Arrive 30-45 minutes before check-in, hand us the bike and gear, get your deposit refunded, and walk into the terminal.
Do you offer bike storage between two Bali trips?
Yes — our motorbike storage service is popular with expats and long-stay travelers who fly out for weeks then return. We securely store your rental (or your own bike) at our Denpasar facility until you're back.
Do I need to pay before I arrive, or can I pay on pickup?
You choose. Pre-payment via Card, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, or cryptocurrency locks in your bike and speeds up handoff. Pay-on-arrival is also fine — we'll take card or cash IDR at the airport.
How much does airport delivery cost?
Airport delivery is free within your rental — no surcharge for pickup or drop-off at Ngurah Rai, regardless of what time you arrive.
What if I don't have an IDP when I land?
You should get an IDP before flying — it's legally required to ride in Indonesia and enforced at police checkpoints. If you land without one, we'll still deliver, but we recommend not riding until you're compliant. We can suggest safer transport for your first days while you sort paperwork.
Can I rent for just one day for my arrival, then decide about a longer rental?
Yes. Start with a daily rental if you're not sure. If you decide to extend, we simply adjust the booking. Long-stay travelers save significantly — monthly rates are ~50% lower per day than daily.
Is riding a scooter safe right after a long flight?
Not always. If you've flown 12+ hours and it's dark or raining, we recommend a Grab to your first-night accommodation and picking up the bike the next morning fresh. We'll happily reschedule delivery to your villa the following day. Safety matters more than saving 30 minutes.
